After all the experience we've racked up through years spent working in the restaurant industry we have realised our dream of creating our own restaurant, a living restaurant, with a menu that follows along with the seasons and puts a priority on using the fantastic produce Sweden has to offer. We are creating a modern restaurant which develops both with time and the city around it.
The food we serve is cooked from scratch and is inspired by nature, tradition and the people we have around us. We aim also to marry our developing food menu with a dricks list that changes alongside the seasonal produce filling the kitchen.
Our hope is that on walking in to Ma Cuisine you shall feel at home, welcomed and share a thoroughly enjoyable moment!
